Irvine, CA (PRWEB) September 25, 2013 -- For the third year in a row, First Team Real Estate, Southern California's largest independent real estate broker has been named the 'Best Real Estate Company in Orange County" according to its poll of over 100,000 readers.
"With the real estate market exploding, we have spent a huge deal of time improving services, agent training, and our support network," said Chris Pollinger, Senior Vice President of Sales for First Team. "For us to repeat for the third year in such a thorough poll of Orange County residents is very gratifying."
Each year, the Orange County Register, the country's twentieth largest newspaper surveys readers in the month of May for their favorite services, products, parks, and over twenty other categories of offerings that are the 'Best of Orange County'.
"We started as an Orange County company that now happens to stretch across Southern California," continued Pollinger. "To win again really shows that on a home by home basis, people really understand how we can help them make the most informed decision about what home fits them the best."
First Team has spent the last year implementing groundbreaking technology that give home sellers and buyers the same technology that professionals use to establish real values and understand trends on a neighborhood by neighborhood basis using its Market Trends web tools. As measured by independent web companies, these analytics tools are among the most popular broker offered web sites in California.
"Sellers and buyers need to use the same tools professionals use to truly understand their best opportunity to purchase or sell a home," explained Pollinger. "We have spent four years to develop online training, data, and analytics tools that pay dividends for our agents, sellers and buyers."
