SPEC Innovations Has Earned the Distinction of Being One of the Best Places to Work in VA

The 2021 Best Places to Work in Virginia Awards announced that SPEC Innovations has earned the distinction of being one of the best places to work in Virginia. The award ceremony and rankings will be held virtually on January 29, 2021. SPEC Innovations and their employees are proud to be recognized under this award and are excited to celebrate their achievements.

Since 1993, SPEC Innovations has been a leader in systems engineering with the goal to move systems engineering into the future. However, SPEC Innovations has also always had the goal of providing a safe, friendly, and positive environment for their employees in order to foster growth and advancement in their workplace. This goal has been achieved year after year through the company's hard work and dedication. Employees who have worked for SPEC Innovations have said, “SPEC offers an open-door policy, allowing for our voices to be heard and handled. We are always made to feel like our work matters and is important, even the smallest tasks.” The employees of SPEC Innovations are regularly seen enjoying their time at work and on company outings.

The 2021 Best Places to Work in Virginia Awards announced that SPEC Innovations had made the list on November 10, 2020 for the 2021 rankings. The award is chosen through surveys given to employees of competing companies, so it is no wonder that SPEC Innovations had earned this distinction. The assessment process begins with two surveys used to gather valuable information from participating companies and their employees and then analyzed by the Best Companies Group (BCG) who determines the winners and rankings. These rankings will be announced on January 29, 2021, but SPEC Innovations is hopeful they will be high on the list.

About SPEC Innovations
Since 1993, SPEC Innovations (Systems and Proposal Engineering Company) has been a systems engineering consulting company. SPEC Innovations developed Innoslate, the first web-based Model-Based Systems Engineering tool, to support the entire system or product lifecycle. This cloud or on-premise application was made for systems engineers by systems engineers.
SPEC Innovations continues to push the boundaries of the systems engineering discipline by recognizing that both program management and systems engineering must optimize cost, schedule, and performance for both the program and system, while identifying and managing risk. We do this by applying open standards, such as the Lifecycle Modeling Language (LML), and new technologies, such as cloud computing and artificial intelligence. We are the future of systems engineering, today.
