In Mr. Cole's new role, he will oversee sales, marketing, quality assurance, purchasing, and all operations (manufacturing, warehousing, and supply chain) functions.

Mr. Cole joined Spicely Organics in 2018 as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer. Prior to joining Spicely, he spent nearly two decades with Nestlé in senior sales roles. Prior to Nestlé, Mr. Cole gained market research expertise during his tenure at The Nielsen Company, The Clorox Company, and James River Corporation.
