Inspired by the concept of a "quest for spirit" by helping people find balance to manage their emotions, thoughts, and bodies, thus SpiritQuest Sedona Retreats was born.

By 2014, as the company thrived, Katherine Lash bought out the brand to become sole owner. Under her leadership, SpiritQuest moved into a dedicated retreat center in 2015, where it flourished for eleven years.
During this period, Lash also launched a successful sister company, Sedona Vortex Adventures, focusing exclusively on outdoor exploration and tours.
Most recently, in the fall of 2025, SpiritQuest achieved a monumental milestone by purchasing a dedicated, standalone retreat center located at 2880 Hopi Drive in Sedona, AZ, securing a permanent home for its life-changing programs.
