Under the new Facebook Marketing Partner program, Facebook is simplifying their badging structure to make it easier for brands and agencies to find the expertise and capabilities they need by recognizing companies that have developed technologies in one or more specialty areas. In the original program, Facebook Preferred Marketing Developers were given up to four badges: Ads, Apps, Pages, and Insights. Under the new Facebook Marketing Partners structure, partners receive just one badge and are distinguished with up to nine specialties.
Recipients of Facebook Marketing Partner badge certifications are acknowledged as solution providers with expertise in designated specialties. Sprinklr has received specialty certifications for Ad Technology, Content Marketing, and Community Management, which will allow them to better serve their more than 750 brand and agency partners and deliver better customer experiences -- at scale -- on the platform.
Facebook Marketing Partners can also receive designations for demonstrated expertise in specific verticals and countries. Sprinklr has received designations in the United States, the United Kingdom, France, and Germany. And with locations around the world, from San Francisco to Paris to Delhi, Sprinklr is able to support enterprise brands with strategic services on the ground and with a platform that processes more than 70 languages.
