Great Ideas specializes in designing, importing and private labeling for North America's leading retailers in three product categories: gift, home décor and specialty lighting. Hans Wilz, founder, says, "Our core competencies include manufacturing products from wood, glass, metal, resin and ceramics".

This acquisition marks the fifth acquisition for SPX Brands in four years.
