SquadUP Punches a Ticket As the Latest Groupon Connect™ Partner

The SquadUP and Groupon partnership is live in the United States––with an international expansion planned at a later date.

SquadUP, a leading ticketing, event management and audience engagement platform, today announced a new partnership with Groupon (NASDAQ:GRPN). The partnership is powered by Groupon’s Connect™ platform, which is a next-generation API that enables leading booking, reservation and ticketing platforms to connect seamlessly into the Groupon marketplace.

The partnership between the two companies benefits both consumers and ticket promoters. For consumers, it makes it more convenient for them to find and book tickets to upcoming events through Groupon. For SquadUP’s more than 1,200 promoters, connecting with Groupon enables them to leverage the power of Groupon’s demand platform with their existing ticketing capabilities to drive more sales.
