SRG Facilitates Strategic Alliance Between Pension & Wealth Management Advisors and Kastel Capital Advisors, LLC

The alliance will represent a team of five experienced fiduciary advisors managing more than $150 million in assets under management from individual and institutional clients in 22 states.

SRG began working with Neil McInnis in 2016, completing a business valuation and helping him execute the most effective business continuity plan and growth strategy. In 2019, SRG played an integral role in facilitating a deal through their Seller Advocacy Program whereby George Webb joined PWM as a managing partner, leading to discussions with Kastel regarding a long-term strategic alliance. McInnis and Webb's focus was finding a partner that was a fiduciary, had the same integrity, and could maintain their excellent client service – Kastel has all of those qualities.
