SRS Real Estate Partners' August Transactions
DALLAS (PRWEB) September 11, 2015 -- SRS Real Estate Partners (SRS) announces highlights of August transactions and new assignments.
Atlanta:
Salons By JC, a leader in the salon suites industry, will open its fifth location in Georgia at Ansley Mall in Atlanta, Ga. The space will consist of 7,270-square-feet and is located at 1544 Piedmont Ave. in Ansley Mall. Ansley Mall is situated on the northwest corner of the intersection of Piedmont Avenue and Monroe Drive. The center is anchored by LA Fitness and Publix, additional tenants include CVS, Pier 1 Imports, Panera Bread, Starbucks, Pet Supermarket, The Cook’s Warehouse and Mattress Firm.
Ray Uttenhove, Sarah Williams and Logan Elder of the SRS Atlanta office represented the tenant, Salons By JC, in this transaction. As well, The Weitzman Group, out of the San Antonio, Texas office, provided additional tenant representation services. Bill Stogner with Selig Enterprises is the landlord for Ansley Mall.
Phoenix:
Safeway and Triumph Properties Group, the owners of the Moon Valley Shopping Center which is located at 13440 N. Seventh Street, Phoenix, Ariz., at the northwest corner of Thunderbird Road and Seventh Street, have recently entered into a new twenty year lease. Safeway has agreed to invest several million dollars in the expansion, renovation and modernization of the entire store facade and interior. The Moon Valley Shopping Center and the existing shop space will be fully renovated and ownership will be offering two new approximately 5,000-square-foot pads fronting Seventh Street, a major north south artery from northeast Phoenix to Downtown Phoenix.

San Francisco:
BevMo! Has opened a newly constructed 9,000-square-foot store in Los Altos, Calif. Located at 4700 El Camino Real, the specialty beverage retailer relocated from a 17,000 site two blocks away in Mountain View’s San Antonio Center, now under redevelopment. Bevmo!’s new store is directly across the street from Walmart and includes its own parking lot.
