Dallas, TX (PRWEB) July 31, 2013 -- SRS Real Estate Partners (SRS) announces highlights of July transactions.

Atlanta:

  • LifeWay Christian Stores has executed leases for two new locations in Athens and Valdosta, Ga. The lease at Epps Bridge Centre in Athens, Ga. is for a 4,696-square-foot space. Epps Bridge Centre, which is currently under construction and is scheduled to open in October of 2013, will be located at the intersection of GA-316 and the Athens Perimeter Highway. The new Valdosta store will be a 6,656-square-foot space and will be located at 1747 Gornto Road, south of the Baytree Road and Gornto Road intersection. The Valdosta store is scheduled to open in September of 2013.

Steve Gunning and Ray Uttenhove with SRS represented the tenant, LifeWay Christian Stores in both transactions. Fran Bishop with The Bishop Company, LLC represented the landlord at Epps Bridge Centre. Scott Alderman with First Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord for the Valdosta property.
New York:

  • SRS negotiated three transactions on behalf of the landlord, Win Properties, Inc., on Main Street in downtown Westport, Conn.

1 Main Street – 1,350-square-feet was leased to Freshii, a healthy quick service dining concept featuring salads, wraps, burritos, noodle bowls, soups, and frozen yogurt served in a hip, eco-friendly environment. Freshii was represented by Jessica Curtis of Cushman & Wakefield.

45 Main Street – 909-square-feet was leased to L’Occitane en Provence, a luxury beauty and fragrance company featuring products made with natural & organic essential oils. L’Occitane was represented by Bennett Bark of Open Realty Advisors.

47 Main Street – 677-square-feet leased to Diptyque Paris, a legendary French perfumer and maker of luxury scented candles, home fragrances and body products. Diptyque was represented by Nick Cowan of Isaacs and Company and Fritz Kemerling of The Dartmouth Company.

Blaine Stiegler, Erin Grace, CCIM and Patrick A. Smith represented the landlord in each of these transactions.
Phoenix:

  • SRS is pleased to announce that NextCare has renewed their lease for a 4,083-square-foot space located at 6238 East Pima Street in Tucson, Ariz. The space is located east of the southeast corner of Pima Street and Wilmot Road.

Ed Beeh and Robbie Petty with SRS represented the tenant, NextCare, in the transaction. Barry Kitay with Whirlygig Properties represented the landlord.

  • SRS is pleased to announce that Nellis Land LLC has sold the land and improvements at 2526 North 75th Avenue in Phoenix. The 2,971-square-foot former Fazoli’s restaurant building is located south of the southwest corner of Thomas Road and 75th Avenue in front of Desert Sky Mall.

Scott Ellsworth and Jeff Alba with SRS represented the seller, Nellis Land LLC, in the transaction.

  • SRS is pleased to announce that C & H Development has leased a 5,000-square-foot space at Scottsdale Commons to Sleep America. The space is located at the southwest corner of Shea Boulevard and Scottsdale Road in Scottsdale, Ariz.

Kurt Kalocin with SRS represented the landlord, C & H Development, in the transaction. Brian Woods with Colliers International represented the tenant.

  • SRS is pleased to announce the sale of The Kneaders Bakery & Café, a 3,669-square-foot triple net single-tenant restaurant located at the southwest corner of Baseline Road and Higley Road in Gilbert, Ariz.

Alfred Hackbarth, Mike Polachek, and Brian Polachek with SRS in conjunction with Dan Moore and Rob Moore with Coldwell Banker Utah represented the seller in the transaction, FFG-AZ Development, LLC. Ken Gatt with Evergreen Commercial represented the buyer, Noor Development.
Portland:

  • SRS has been hired by Cypress Equities to assist with the leasing of Lloyd Center in Portland, Ore. The 1,478,000-square-foot enclosed, 3-level shopping mall is conveniently located near Interstate Highway 5 and Interstate Highway 84.

Ron Dowhaniuk, SCLS senior vice president of SRS’ Portland office, will represent the landlord, Cypress Equities, in the leasing assignment.
San Francisco:

  • Barnes & Noble has renewed its lease with Madison Marquette for a 30,012-square-foot store in the Bay Street Emeryville shopping district, located at 5604 Bay St. in Emeryville, Calif.

Bob Berndt with SRS represented Barnes & Noble in the transaction.
