Tesco Business Solutions continues its exceptional track record, earning a place on the list for the eighth consecutive year. The Selection Process
In response to growing global interest, participation in the 2026 study was opened to SSO and GBS organizations worldwide. Automatic invitations were extended to previous Top 20 winners, as well as winners and finalists of the SSON Research & Analytics World's Best GBS Award and SSON Impact Awards around the world.
Participating organizations were assessed through rigorous analysis of core operational and performance metrics covering cost, quality, time, and efficiency. Their service delivery models, digital ecosystems, and notable achievements were also taken into consideration.
The winners are determined based on the outcome of this study, with recognition reflecting proven success in metrics performance.
