SSPX Issues Call for Reparation Against Black Mass
Platte City, Missouri (PRWEB) September 12, 2014 -- The new U.S. District Superior of the Society of St. Pius X, Fr. Jurgen Wegner, announced today a call of reparation for a Satanic Black Mass that is planned for September 21 at the Civic Center Music Hall in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
As reported by FoxNews on August 8, 2014, this planned Satanic Mass sparked "outrage" from Archbishop Paul Coakley of Oklahoma City. The archbishop stated the event was "deadly serious" and "a blasphemous and obscene inversion of the Catholic Mass" and called for prayers to stop it. Bishop Edward Slattery of the Tulsa Diocese also requested prayers and a period of fasting. However, the Satanic act is still scheduled to take place.
Fr. Wegner is inviting Catholics everywhere to support and assist at an act of reparation the Society of St. Pius X will be leading on Sunday, September 21 in Oklahoma City.
At 11:00am, a traditional Roman Mass will be sung at the Sheraton Oklahoma City Hotel. The High Mass will be followed by a rosary procession to the Civic Center Music Hall.

Fr. Wegner is also encouraging those who cannot come to Oklahoma City to offer special acts of reparation on Sunday, September 21, through their Sunday Communion or other acts of penance.
