SOUTHBURY, Conn. (PRWEB) December 17, 2018
St. Clair Medical Services, an affiliate of St. Clair Hospital and a multi-specialty physician organization, has implemented PDS iMPower to expand its analytical and reporting capabilities. The implementation allows the hospital to leverage its existing infrastructure using Centricity Practice Solutions. Practical Data Solutions (PDS) extracts data from Centricity Billing and Scheduling to create relational datamarts for revenue cycle and patient access. Staging datasets from these modules enables St. Clair to automate and enhance a wide variety of reporting capabilities, including integration of patient satisfaction and benchmark data by department and location.
“PDS was able to assess our needs and recommend a solution tailored to our unique requirements,” explains Lisan Dustevich, Director of St. Clair Medical Services. “PDS iMPower greatly enhances our capabilities to analyze data and dramatically improve efficiencies in reporting to providers and managers throughout our practices,” she says.
PDS is providing PDS iMPower to St. Clair through a Software-as-a-Service model, an approach that allows considerable flexibility and minimizes IT staff resources throughout the implementation.
“PDS seeks to identify delivery models that best meet our clients’ unique needs,” says Russell Hendrickson, CEO of Practical Data Solutions. “Integrating patient access metrics with revenue cycle metrics for productivity was integral for St. Clair. Our ability to further integrate outside data sources into analytics and dashboards is key to our clients’ success.”
