Stable Kernel, an award-winning custom software and technology firm, received No. 35 on the prestigious Great Place to Work® and Fortune Magazine 2020 Best Small & Medium Workplaces™ list. The ranking is based on confidential survey feedback representing more than 189,000 employees working at small- and medium-sized businesses in the United States.

The rankings are based on employees’ feedback, and Fortune rewards companies that best include all employees. Eighty-five percent of the evaluation is based on what employees say about their experiences of trust and reaching their full human potential as part of their organization, and 15% is based on an assessment of all employees’ daily experiences of innovation, the company’s values, and the effectiveness of their leaders.
