SAN JOSE, Calif., Feb. 3, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- A new survey of 358 employees participating in StartOrganic's online vegetable gardening program shows that the corporate wellness program has a long-term, positive impact on the lifestyles of participants at both work and home. While 100% of employees enjoyed StartOrganic's learning presentations and 99.4% said they learned something new, 92% felt a reduction in their stress level from participating in the gardening program. Approximately 96.1% said that they experienced positive life changes due to having a campus garden, 92.2% felt comfortable implementing their new knowledge in a home garden, and 46% said the StartOrganic program was their favorite offered by their company.

For HR teams seeking to improve engagement with work-from-home employees, 98% of survey respondents said that they have a better opinion about their company for offering the organic gardening program, 96.6% would like more gardening programming, and 89.5% would attend regular classes taught by StartOrganic. The program received a high NPS rating of 70, with employees highly likely to promote StartOrganic classes to their colleagues.
