State Financial Network Launches Web Portal
Broomall, PA (PRWEB) September 05, 2013 -- State Financial Network LLC (SFN), a Broomall-based mortgage company licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland successfully launched a new mortgager access Web Portal on Monday, August 23rd. SFN provides access to the Secondary Market for their Credit Union partners, and a high standard of customer service to Credit Union members.
The Portal boasts ease of navigation, an attractive layout, and robust user functionality. Members are able to view payment history, review, download, & print electronic statements & notices, submit electronic payments, and enroll in eNotifications. With eNotifications, members receive notice by text or email when activities such as escrow payments are processed, or when a payment is past due. The Portal’s interface functions smoothly in both traditional web browsers and on mobile devices. “Providing a space where members can simply view financial information is no longer competitive,” says David Park, SFN’s Mortgage Servicing Manager. “We’re providing members with the ability to actively manage their own mortgage preferences while they’re on the go. Even when not actively using the Portal, members will have peace of mind when a real-time eNotification surfaces on their phone or tablet.”
Each of SFN’s credit union partners has the ability to brand the user environment with private label and utilize advertisement space to market additional products and services. One credit union partner feels SFN is delivering “the Cadillac of member experience when it comes to mortgage services.” Credit Union member feedback is positive as well. “I’m so glad I’m able to send my mortgage payment directly to SFN,” said one member. “I’ve been looking forward to this payment solution for a while. The Portal looks great too!”
Providing the Portal places SFN in a competitive position as they anticipate the arrival of new Mortgage Servicing regulations from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) http://www.consumerfinance.gov in January of 2014. “It’s encouraging to be with a mortgage company equipped with the appropriate tools to manage CFPB’s servicing regulations,” says David Park. “The transparency of information and ease of communication provided through SFN’s Portal sets an industry-wide example for other Services to follow.”
