Statera Announces Name Change for Arizona Based Operation
Tempe, AZ (PRWEB) January 10, 2015 -- Information technology consulting firm, Valore Partners, LLC dba Statera Southwest, announced today it will begin doing business under its legal entity name, Valore Partners, LLC, discontinuing the use of its dba, Statera Southwest. Today’s announcement does not indicate any change for Denver, CO based Statera, Inc. as it will continue to serve its customers and markets as before, while also retaining its minority interest in Valore Partners, LLC. The two independent companies will continue to operate as they have successfully for the past nine years while the name Statera Southwest was in use.
With the rapid adoption and transformational nature of cloud computing, ownership felt the timing was right to highlight the different locations, sets of customers, and technology offerings the two companies focus on and serve. Valore Partners, LLC works exclusively designing, building and managing information systems utilizing Microsoft technologies, while Statera, Inc. provides services around a broad range of technologies. The move should eliminate customer and partner confusion around the technology stacks and markets the two companies serve.
