Hahn brings with him his experiences working at places such as Salt House and The Moss Room in San Francisco, The Ritz-Carlton in Half Moon Bay and as a sous chef with the Bacchus Management Group at Mayfield Bakery and Café in Palo Alto.
Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Hahn draws upon his own heritage, the multicultural influences that the Bay Area is known for, as well as the bounty of wonderful products and ingredients that Northern California has to offer. In addition to highlighting the top-notch steaks that guests of Porterhouse have come to know and love, Chef Hahn aims to produce dishes that are fresh, seasonal and easily approachable.
