Steel Blaze Adds Stainless Steel Bracelets to it’s Line of SOB Watches
Las Vegas, NV (PRWEB) October 24, 2013 -- Universal Watch Co., Inc.'s brand, Steel Blaze, maker of fine and affordable stainless steel jewelry and watches has just added to its line of fine stainless steel watches. The SOB line of watches for men and women has expanded to include watches with stainless steel bracelets, previously only available with black leather straps. The SOB collection of stainless steel watches distinguishes itself from other brands by offering a simple but attractive design with fourteen unique dial colors to choose from.
Each color dial comes with either a stainless steel case or black PVD-coated steel case. The SOB watches are also available with an optional full diamond bezel and with either a fine leather strap with color stitching or the new stainless steel bracelet.
The SOB collection of timepieces was created as the result of a magical collaboration between Universal Watch Co., Inc.’s Raphael Cohen of Las Vegas, Nevada and Michael Brennion of Besançon, France. The partnership between the two innovators was established in 1994 when they joined together for the distribution of AKTEO thematic watches in the United States. In 2008, they partnered again to create a watch line that had a simple design with the absolute best quality manufacture. The result is the SOB collection by Steel Blaze.
Each SOB timepiece is manufactured with a Ronda Slimtech 1062 Swiss quartz movement and has a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal installed. All of the SOB watches are water-resistant to 5 ATM or 165 feet, are 100% pure, nickel-free stainless steel and have either a 36mm for ladies or a 40mm case diameter for both men and women. Each watch has a super slim 6.5mm case thickness. All the watches are equipped with either a fine leather strap or the new stainless steel bracelet. The SOB watches carry a retail price of $395 without diamonds or $2950 with diamonds. With the stainless steel bracelet, add $100 to either price. A 2-year warranty comes with each watch. There are 2 case colors available, as well as fourteen different dial colors including: white, black, orange, green, red, blue, yellow, pink, purple, plum, sky blue, navy blue, dark red and tangerine.
Each 40mm diamond SOB is set with 66 fine white diamonds (1.15ct total weight) while the ladies 36mm watch is set with 70 (0.85ct. total weight) of the finest quality white diamonds. The Diamond setting and calibration is performed in the shops of Heinz Schwarz GmbH, Pforzheim, Germany. In preparation for setting, each of the watch's diamonds is individually calibrated to create an unforgettable circle of light!
While the “SB” logo does stand for “Steel Blaze,” the collections “SOB” does in fact stand for the controversial name, “Son Of a B*tch.” Company president, Raphael Cohen, elaborates: “I wanted a name that was going to shock people. It’s a great name and a great watch!”
