PALO ALTO, Calif., Dec. 1, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Having played key roles at the global aerospace engineering services company Stellar Solutions since its founding in 1995, Chief Executive Officer Michael Lencioni has announced that he will step down on December 1.
Lencioni and Founder/Board Chair Celeste Ford selected Janet Grondin, Vice President for Intelligence Programs, as the third CEO in the history of this Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award-winning organization.
"Both as CEO and his prior role of President/Chief Operating Officer, Mike steered Stellar Solutions to consistent client growth, customer satisfaction and employee retention. I am so grateful to Mike for his partnership and invaluable commitment to ensuring that our company is built to last," said Ford.
Lencioni's 40-year career has encompassed the full commercial, government and international aerospace landscape, including expert engineering, industry innovation, operational excellence, and service in the U.S. Air Force.
"Janet brings to the CEO position a deep portfolio of experience in the public and private sectors, and a passion for the company's guiding principles and core values," Ford continued. "An extraordinary professional and dynamic leader, she has already established a tremendous corporate legacy, driving outstanding service, collaboration and expansion. I am very excited to see the even greater impact she will have on our future."
