KMB Design Group LLC, a prominent national engineering firm, today announced that Stephen Banks has been promoted to President of Telecom.
WALL TOWNSHIP, N.J., Jan. 12, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Mr. Banks is a Senior Partner at the firm and has been instrumental in building the Telecom division. Steve graduated from the University of Sunderland with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and is a professional chartered engineer licensed in the UK and Europe. He has over 30 years of experience in telecom, civil and structural engineering.

The KMB Telecom team under Mr. Banks' leadership has completed the engineering on over 5,000 telecom new build sites, over 22,000 upgrades/overlays, over 19,000 small cell projects, and over 1,000 emerging technology projects including IoT locations and EV charging stations. In his new role, Mr. Banks will be responsible for expanding and advancing KMB's business lines including Small Cell, Fiber/OSP, Emerging Technologies, Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) & Smart Cities.
