Steve Silicato Joins the AERC Executive Team
Flanders, NJ (PRWEB) September 25, 2013 -- Chief Operating Officer, Mark Kasper is pleased to announce the hiring of Steve Silicato to the AERC Executive Team as the Vice President of National Sales. Steve comes to AERC with over 2 decades of experience in sales and marketing with one of the country's premiere remediation/demolition companies (MARCOR Environmental- recently acquired by NCM Demolition & Remediation, LP). Steve started at MARCOR where he was hired as an asbestos removal worker and quickly climbed the ranks within the company in various positions ranging from Account Executive, Assistant General Manager, National Manager to Corporate VP.
Steve developed and implemented the national sales program at MARCOR overseeing 12 regional offices, hiring, training, and mentoring the sales force while also establishing national contracts with Fortune 500 Companies. Steve has also authored several articles for industry publications and has been a speaker at numerous symposiums and conferences across the Country.
