The leadership of Reston, VA based planning, architecture, and interior design firm Architecture, Incorporated is pleased to announce that Steven Whitsitt, NCIDQ, IIDA, ASID has been promoted to Principal. Whitsitt joined the firm more than nine years ago and has been instrumental in the growth of the firm’s commercial practice. He works with a range of large and small commercial clients including tenants, brokers, developers, investors, and landlords. The goals of his work include positioning existing properties for leasing, designing meaningful space, and adding market value to existing commercial properties. Whitsitt and his team perform a variety of architectural and interior design services including space planning, commercial tenant buildouts, common area and amenity improvements, BOMA calculations, code compliance studies, building and tenant standards, and commercial building repositioning.
