The decision started with labor. Stevens Transport runs its operations from a 75-acre campus in Dallas, and hiring across the Dallas-Fort Worth market has tightened. The company went looking for automation that could absorb a meaningful share of the scheduling work its operations team handles every day.

Stevens Transport began with website-based appointments, where setup is simplest, then moved to email-based scheduling over the months that followed. Stevens Transport plans to extend automation to the shippers and receivers that still schedule by phone, closing one of the last manual gaps in the process.
