Freedman will focus on development opportunities for both ground-up and redevelopment of all commercial property types.
Born and raised in Tampa, Freedman is returning to his roots with the goal of significantly expanding Stiles' footprint throughout the region over the next two years. Stiles' decade-long history in Tampa includes the previous ownership and management of the former SunTrust Financial Center, a legacy 527,000-square-foot class A office building, as well as the development of several Publix-anchored shopping centers including Shoppes at Avalon and Arbor Square at Connerton. In addition, Stiles currently manages approximately 500,000 square feet on the west coast of Florida, from Tampa south to the Fort Myers and Cape Coral areas. Major assignments include the Promenade at Naples retail center in Naples and Bayshore Office building in Tampa.
