Stoneweg US, LLC Continues Corporate Expansion; Hires Ryan Reyes as Director of Acquisitions

Ryan joins the executive team as the Director of Acquisitions and will lead all efforts for the Company's new property acquisitions including: sourcing, due diligence, underwriting, negotiating and closings. He will also be responsible for implementing a disposition strategy for all fully matured assets in the Stoneweg US, LLC 56-property portfolio. By managing both Acquisitions and Dispositions for Stoneweg US, LLC Ryan's efforts will tie in directly to protecting the portfolio's equity and building greater value for all investors.

Ryan joins Tampa native Jon Orebaugh, Director of Construction and Development–a newly created position that will oversee all construction projects for existing properties and rehab projects. Jon's responsibilities will also encompass identifying new Development opportunities for the Company, an area the company will look to expand in 2019, which will broaden the Company's offerings and provide more diverse investment opportunities for existing and new investors.

Brad Bartlett and Gina Osborn, responsible for the Southeast and Midwest regions of the portfolio respectively, joined the Company as Senior Asset Managers in January. With over 20 years of combined industry experience, both will add tremendous value to the team. In addition to managing properties, Brad and Gina will focus on enhancing property operations, maximizing occupancy and increasing overall ROI. Ana Gonzalez, who also joined the Company as a Senior Accountant last month, will assist with portfolio analytics, as well as financial reporting to the leadership and asset management teams, as well as investors.
