DALLAS, May 10, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Straight Wire Group, LLC announced today that their consulting firm, specializing in orthodontic practices, will be rebranding as Straight Consulting. The business, now in its fifth year, was previously known as Straight Wire Consulting.
"We believe, unequivocally, that the future of orthodontics is clear aligners," said Tracy Martin, Founder and Lead Consultant for Straight Consulting. "We don't believe traditional braces, wires, or metal appliances are going extinct anytime soon, but the ortho landscape is unquestionably changing. So, to better reflect that wireless future, we are officially shortening our name to Straight Consulting."
Founding Straight Consulting, Martin drew from her fifteen years in orthodontics where she filled every office role from front desk and dental assistant to office manager and treatment coordinator (or TC). It was as a TC, in a multi-million-dollar practice in the Seattle area that Martin found her calling.
"When we launched Straight Wire Consulting, we had a mission," Martin shares. "We were driven by the realization that as high performing TCs, with decades of experience in ortho, we'd heard from all the big names in consulting… and we weren't hearing anything NEW."
That epiphany led to the launch of the new consulting business. In that time, Straight Consulting's roster of clients has included offices from Pennsylvania to Texas, and from Florida to Hawaii, as well as several stops in Canada. The company also launched a series of TC Mastery Course, aimed specifically at coaching and training world-class treatment coordinators.
Tracy and her team have become sought after speakers and trainers, recently sharing the stage at the WIO (Women in Orthodontics) Conference, the MKS Form, Washington State Society of Orthodontists (WSSO), Michigan Association of Orthodontists (MAO), as well as the upcoming OrthoPreneurs Summit.
