Lisa Moulis and Josh Emington join Strategex as the firm continues to expand its Private Equity Solutions capabilities for investors and portfolio companies across the investment lifecycle.
CHICAGO, Sept. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Strategex, a business growth and performance consultancy, announced the addition of two senior leaders to its Private Equity Solutions practice. Lisa Moulis has joined the firm as Vice President and Josh Emington has joined as Director.
The appointments represent another step in the continued expansion of Strategex's Private Equity Solutions practice following its acquisition of Priority Metrics Group (PMG). Together, the combined organization provides private equity investors and portfolio company leaders with deeper primary research, commercial due diligence, customer and market research, and market assessment expertise across the investment lifecycle.

Moulis brings 19 years of consulting and business development experience, including roles with L.E.K. Consulting, where she was Chief Business Development Officer, as well as Huron Consulting and LECG Consulting. Her experience on both the consulting and business development sides of the industry gives her a strong understanding of client needs and how to connect those needs with the right expertise and resources. She previously built a 14-person business development team that supported more than 40 partners nationwide. As Vice President, Moulis will focus on strengthening client relationships and helping private equity firms connect with the right Strategex solution at each stage of the investment lifecycle.
Emington, previously a Partner at The Martec Group, brings extensive experience in market intelligence, commercial due diligence, and strategic research. In his role as Director, he will work with private equity deal teams and portfolio companies to evaluate markets, assess commercial opportunities and risks, and translate primary research into actionable investment and growth decisions.
The appointments come as Strategex continues to broaden the role its Private Equity Solutions practice plays throughout the investment lifecycle. In addition to supporting buy-side commercial due diligence, the practice helps private equity clients evaluate markets and investment theses, identify growth opportunities within portfolio companies, understand customer behavior, and prepare businesses for exit.
