Additionally, the integrator must complete the build-out of a lab or demo environment, perform a demo to Zoom, and have individual team members complete Zoom Phone Sales Specialist (two people), Zoom Phone Solutions Engineer (two people), Zoom Phone Delivery Engineer (two people), and Zoom Phone Project manager (one person) training, among other requirements.
