Stratosphere Networks Geeking Out at Comic Con
Evanston, IL (PRWEB) August 06, 2014 -- IT managed service provider Stratosphere Networks will be making its first appearance at the Wizard World Chicago Comic Con. At their booth “StratZone,” the local IT company will be passing out comic strips, holding a raffle, and spreading the word about their upcoming website design contest.
The Wizard World Comic Con will be held August 21-24, 2014 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Illinois. It is expected to have 90,000 attendees over the four day event. Special guests at this year’s Comic Con include stars from The Walking Dead, Star Trek, Doctor Who, WWE Superstar, The Big Bang Theory and more.
A team from Stratosphere will be present all four days and dressed up as Strat X, Stratosphere Networks’ own superhero. Strat X uses his powers to save businesses from all types of IT disasters, everything from server crashes to cloud computing crises. To show off Strat X’s powers, Stratosphere Networks will be handing out their own comic strips featuring Strat X and his various IT solutions.
To be entered in Stratosphere Networks’ raffle, attendees must ‘like’ their Facebook page. Multiple winners will selected with prizes including a Roku, Apple keyboard, Breaking Bad package, outdoor speakers and a Dr. Who package.
In addition to the raffle, Stratosphere Networks will also be using the event to spread the word about their website design contest. Graphic designers and web developers are invited to submit a website template by Friday, October 3 for a chance at $1,000.
