During the Spring User Conference, customers were treated to a sneak peek of the Portable Donor Profile and Universal Identity service. These features, debuting in late 2019, will allow donors to maintain their giving profile preferences, keep a list of all favorites charities and volunteer projects, and have access to their giving history and tax deductions, forever, all within their own personal account.
