Strawberry Pencil Magic Donates Original Children's Books to Nonprofits for the Holiday Season
Author Michael Girgenti is the creator of titles aimed at broadening imaginations and focusing on goodwill, donating to organizations that help families in need.
LOS ANGELES, Sept. 15, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Strawberry Pencil Magic is getting in the holiday spirit early by donating copies of its original children's books this fall to nonprofits that help families.
Founder and author Michael Girgenti has developed a line of self-published children's books that focus on diverse content and positivity. The books are a special gift to organizations that assist young kids, with content that broadens imaginations and focuses on goodwill.
"Although Strawberry Pencil Magic is an independent company and at times can be limited to the maximum resources of money, we are not limited in heart and integrity," said Girgenti. "We will continue to give as much as our abilities allow. We have been regularly active in brand new book donations thus far with The Bell Organization, The Maryland Book Bank, and soon Baby2Baby this fall for the upcoming holiday season."
"Our spread and participation of donations will continue to expand organically. For SPM it is not about the profit, but the passion to keep the imagination in children alive forever."
The Bell Organization is a nonprofit in New York City helping underprivileged families. The Maryland Book Bank works to get free books into the hands of children. Baby2Baby provides children living in poverty with the necessities every child deserves. The SPM books will go a long way in helping the holidays be a little brighter for these families.
Girgenti's goal is to write fun children's books that kids love to read with original stories that they can relate to. What began with a cute little story, Archer Otters, is now a collection of 15 books with more added regularly, plus three Spanish editions. The latest release is Yesterday With Tokyo. The titles are recommended for ages four to eight.
