Johansen, who started his real estate career at CORE just 6 years ago, fast-tracked his way to becoming part of the #1 townhouse team in all of Fort Greene/Cobble Hill, with more than $66 million in sales in 2015. He briefly stepped away from the industry to assist fast-growing real estate technology company Perchwell and is now happily returning to brokerage.
