Matthew Davis has many years of business litigation experience. Mr. Davis represents corporate and individual clients in complex litigation matters in California and federal courts involving business disputes, breaches of contract, fraudulent sale of goods and securities, commercial landlord/tenant disputes, consumer class actions, and corporate member and partnership lawsuits.
