STX and Epoch Lacrosse jointly announce that STX’s suit against Epoch in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland for infringement of U.S. Patent No. 7,955,199 has been settled by the payment by Epoch to STX of an undisclosed amount of money. Except for this public announcement, all terms of the settlement are confidential.
