Having an industry-recognized certification allows program graduates to enter the Customer Success job market having demonstrated their proficiency in the core skills and best practices required in the role, and therefore helping them to more easily be hired into Customer Success positions.

At the end of the program, participants will be able to enhance their resumes not only with a professional certificate from Portland State University but will also have the opportunity to become a certified Customer Success Manager by passing a certification exam.
