Sudhoff Properties Announces Year End Numbers
Houston, TX (PRWEB) February 12, 2014 -- Sudhoff Properties, Houston’s premiere new home sales and marketing experts, announced forthcoming changes and honored top producers at an awards breakfast recently. Founder Jacob Sudhoff addressed his team of more than 65 employees and sales associates as he stepped into his new role as “Visionary”.
Newly named company President Adam Lambert, formerly the company’s VP of Land Acquisition, awarded Sudhoff’s 2013 Top Producers at the elegant Sales Awards and Forecast Breakfast. Lambert shared insight from industry experts about the future of home building in Houston before sharing impressive 2013 company results.
Sudhoff Properties closed 264 new-construction transactions for $123 million, outperforming the closest competitor by more than $15 million. Finally, Lambert disclosed that Sudhoff Properties closed a grand total of 345 transactions last year for a total of $163 million for all property types.
After a few words from Sudhoff visionary, Jacob Sudhoff, the company honored individual sales associates and top producers.
- Sales Associates Lisa Erueste and Ron Berwrick were honored with the first awards of the morning as they were presented with the Sudhie Award. This honor goes to “team players” that are ideal representatives of the Sudhoff Properties work ethic and image.
- First-year Sales Associates Joy Finnegan and Claudia Valdez were honored with Rookie of the Year Award.
- Sales Associate Jacqueline Nacol received an award for Highest Sales Price Closed for $2.9 million in Tanglewood.
- Sales Associates Renee Scott, Brit Ewers and Theyen Hoang were honored for Number of Transactions Closed.
- Sales Associates Joel Bickley, Renee Scott, Theyen Hoang, Jacqueline Nacol, Donna Sonne Wright and Brit Ewers received awards for Highest Closed Sales Volume.
While individual sales numbers were not disclosed, Sudhoff Properties announced that the company’s top five producers, Brit Ewers, Jacqueline Nacol, Donna Sonne Wright, Theyen Hoang and Renee Scott, closed 162 transactions for a total of $82 million.
The morning concluded with exciting new announcements of what’s to come for Sudhoff Properties and its associates. As part of a restructuring, Sudhoff Properties will transform to “Sudhoff Companies” which will entail four separate enterprises under one umbrella. The companies include Builder Services led by Houston’s Regional Manager Linda Stewart, Operations led by Siraj Popatia and Commercial which will encompass Coastal Horizons and be led by Elizabeth Parsons, the Commercial Operations Manager. As a part of the restructuring Sudhoff Companies will also unveil a new website and logo at a later date.
