Chrystine M. Heier, CEBS, LIA, President & Owner of Sullivan Benefits, has been invited to join Boston Business Journal Leadership Trust, an exclusive community for influential business leaders, executives and entrepreneurs in Greater Boston.

Chrystine was chosen for membership by the Boston Business Journal Leadership Trust Selection Committee due to her experience, leadership and influence in the local business landscape and beyond. She has more than 30 years' experience in the employee benefits arena, manages the company's operations and works closely with clients to maximize their return on investment and to raise employee perception of their benefit programs. Chrystine is a member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP), the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists (ISCEBS), the New England Employee Benefits Council (NEEBC) and the Northeast Human Resources Association (NEHRA). She is a frequent speaker on compliance-related subject matter for NEEBC. In addition, she has held positions on local Broker Advisory Panels and serves as past president of the Greater Boston Chapter of CEBS and the Needham Women’s Club.
