Ms. Boyer brings over 20 years of proven leadership and organizational performance experience. She is a renowned advisor in strategy alignment, executive assessment and coaching, team effectiveness, organization performance, board advisory work, and CEO succession planning. Her industry focus areas are in private equity, healthcare, technology, automotive, energy and utilities, and financial service sectors.

Prior to joining Summit Leadership Partners, Ms. Boyer served as a Principal at Ampersand Leadership Group where she continued to deepen her specialty in strategy development, change leadership, business growth, strategic talent management, team development, and leadership. Before Ampersand, Ms. Boyer was the Managing Principal and Founder of Leadership Accelerated, where she led initiatives in organizational restructuring and post M&A integration, where she, most notably, uncovered millions of dollars in savings for one retailer and a significant revenue generation opportunity for a hospitality group.

Her distinguished research has been published in the Journal of Applied Psychology on the meta-analysis of the relationship between individual assessment and job performance.

Peggy earned a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She has a master's degree in I/O from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Benedictive University, where she also completed her bachelor's degree. She is fluent in English, French, and Spanish, and serves on the Board of the ULC Boys & Girls Club.
