CHARLOTTE, N.C., April 14, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Sun Acquisitions is pleased to announce the successful sale of AMIC Global, Inc. to Component Sourcing International (CSI).
AMIC is a diversified company, offering manufacturing, distribution and e-commerce services and is based in Buffalo Grove, IL. AMIC Global's primary business is supplying contract-manufactured metal components to OEM customers, and contract-manufactured supplies to leading RV/Marine industry customers. Additionally, through its Earth's Natural Alternative brand, AMIC sells eco-friendly disposable products through Amazon and other e-commerce sites.
CSI is a leader in the sourcing and distribution of engineered component parts and assemblies serving OEM's and is based in Charlotte, NC. CSI is owned by private equity firm Argosy Capital based in Wayne, PA.
Through the confidential marketing of the business, Sun Acquisitions generated nearly 100 interested buyers, which led to multiple bids for AMIC to its previous ownership group. Sun also provided advisory services throughout the diligence period.
