Oldsmar, FL (PRWEB) July 23, 2015 -- Sunbelt Staffing will be presenting its first ever Sunbelt C.A.R.E. Award at the end of 2015. As part of its colleague-driven program Sunbelt Cares, Sunbelt created its C.A.R.E. Award initiative to recognize schools and facilities that put forth exemplary efforts in making a difference in the community.
C.A.R.E. is an acronym for “Community, Awareness, Responsibility, and Engagement.” The C.A.R.E. Award will not only recognize the positive difference a school or healthcare facility makes in its community, it will also be a way for Sunbelt Staffing to get involved beyond its local community. The nomination process involves a local initiative submission form through which participants tell Sunbelt Staffing about their school or healthcare facility. The form concludes with the question, “How can Sunbelt help?” Using this feedback, Sunbelt will donate its time, resources or both to the Sunbelt C.A.R.E. Award winner.
Sunbelt Cares is a community service initiative run by Sunbelt Staffing colleagues. It exists to raise awareness in the community and give back to local, national, and international causes. Through Sunbelt Cares, colleagues remain active in the community in creative ways. In 2015 alone, they have donated relief goods to the 2015 Nepal Earthquake survivors, collected backpacks filled with school supplies for students in need, volunteered in local schools as part of the “Reading to Kids” program, and more.
Nominations are currently being accepted here. The deadline to submit nominations is Sept. 30, 2015.
