Within each of those options, you can either choose one specific coffee from the Foundational lineup or choose a rotation of either the Foundational lineup or the Seasonal lineup. Sunergos' lineup of Foundational Coffees, adorned with the roastery's signature orange labels, are available year-round as a result of partnerships with larger farms and multi-crop shipments. These tried-and-true favorites are balanced in flavor and can satisfy the palate of any coffee lover. The Seasonal lineup, labeled bright green, rotate often and come from small producers or micro-lots. Sunergos seeks bright, vibrant coffees that have a sweet, floral flavor for the seasonal lineup.
