Ocean Spa, as all the hotels of the group that are already open, has successfully implemented the cleaning and sanitization protocols that are recommended by health authorities.
After months of preparations and adaptations for the "new normal," Ocean Spa Hotel welcomed its first guests in the motor lobby with a dance performance. As they exited the van that transported them from the airport to the hotel, the staff applauded and cheered with great emotion. Then the guests cut the ribbon at the lobby doors, officially reopening the hotel.
Once inside, the guests enjoyed a welcome cocktail while the new digital check-in procedure, which speeds up the process and prevents crowding, was explained to them. Subsequently, the guests received a kit with masks, gloves and sanitizing gel, and signed the distinguished visitors' book. After checking in, they were shown to their room.
"Sunset World Group has put all sanitary measures recommended by state health services, the Ministry of Health and WHO, The World Health Organization, into practice," said Martha Richardson, Sunset World Group Corporate Director. "Our staff is properly trained, so at the request of our guests, it was Ocean Spa's turn to reopen its doors,” she concluded.
