SupplierDiversity.TV premieres its first season March 1, 2019, marking a first in the supplier diversity industry. Available to stream for free at SupplierDiversity.TV or on YouTube, SupplierDiversity TV presents a TED Talk meets 60 minutes-like series with renowned leaders in the supplier diversity space with Fortune 500 supplier diversity leaders from some of the best, most prestigious companies in the world, like Toyota, AARP, AON, CDW, and more.

“Thank you to all organizations and individuals who said yes, believed in the vision, and contributed their wealth of knowledge and valuable time,” said Carlos Diggs, Vice President of Business Development at Frontier Technologies.

According to Diggs, who led the production of this project, the 12-episode series intends to educate other diverse suppliers and supplier diversity leaders to help them navigate the supplier diversity space together (and join if they’re not already involved).

“Not long ago, I was brand new to the supplier diversity space,” said Diggs. “It is a complex world, and it’s difficult to find time to talk one-on-one with the supplier diversity leaders to learn how to do business with them, or how to develop a supplier diversity program of your own. SupplierDiversity TV is a learning channel for best practices that will fuel your success. It’s like having access to 12 mentors each season. Best of all, it’s available for everyone, for free, forever.”

SupplierDiversity TV is a passion project of Frontier Technologies, a minority and woman-owned IT company, that was launched a year ago on February 27, 2018, to help advance the entire supplier diversity community. Frontier Technologies will not profit from the production or distribution of this project in any way.

“It’s our way of giving back to a community that has given us so much,” said Reshma Moorthy, President of Frontier Technologies. “We discovered a need among diverse suppliers and supplier diversity leaders, and we were fortunate to have developed relationships that allowed us to bring some of the best supplier diversity experts to the table to share intimate advice not normally publicly accessible.
