Site visits mean significant effort on the part of nonprofits for planning and preparation. Most nonprofits do not have sufficient resources of staff time and funds for site visits. Site visits may add stress to a staff already stretched thin with limited resources. In this month's workshop, Support KC and Shipley Communications, LLC will offer some expert tips and tricks of the trade to the nonprofit participants. The workshop will focus on how to prepare for site visits from prospective foundations by focusing on organization's mission.
