(Supreme Energy) announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Pro Energy Partners (Pro Energy) to acquire its Florida natural gas supply operations for an undisclosed sum. Under the terms of the agreement, Supreme Energy will acquire Pro Energy’s account base of approximately 1100 natural gas customers within the TECO Peoples Gas utility service territory. Supreme Energy first entered the Fla. natural gas market in 2012. The Pro Energy acquisition immediately expands Supreme Energy’s Fla. operations, and better positions the Company to provide commercial customers with enhanced choices for their natural gas supply.
