CHICAGO, Nov. 26, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Intended to help bashful people who want to fully engage with others, Len Tomaka's new self-help book, "Retorts: Comebacks, Wisecracks, and Life Lessons for Bashful People" (published by Archway Publishing) shares comebacks, wisecracks, and life lessons.
Divided into five sections, with each one focusing on a different topic, the book is composed of the most clever and humorous responses the author has heard over the course of his lifetime. Fascinated with people who have a quick wit, Tomaka hopes to help others learn how to cultivate the skill. Although the majority of the book has one comeback per specific scenario, the author ends with several examples of how to end a discussion to have the final word.
After reading his book, Tomaka wants readers to feel an "uplift of spirit" and be less bashful in various social situations.
