Brian is an only child and, when his mother passed away, he and Susan sorted through a lifetime of memories to clear her estate. Susan's parents lived in an independent living community and, at the same time her father needed hospice and skilled care, her mother needed to be moved into assisted living. Those experiences led them to Caring Transitions and, after Susan's father died, they made the decision to open their own local franchise.
"My father, Robert Zentz, was the President/CEO of Fellowship Community for more than 22 years. When he passed, I found myself thinking about the joy he got from working with seniors and the impact he made on so many people in our community. I wanted to make that kind of impact. That inspired us make the decision to bring Caring Transitions to this community," Susan said.
