Our solution now allows administrators to define a price per mile based on role. For example, the price set for a manager may be different than the price set for team members.
Restricting Cities for Air Booking
Now, administrators can restrict cities for flight bookings. Define the cities to be restricted while traveling via air.
Report Creation by Merging Receipts
The administrator will define a specific time frame for the creation of expense reports. In this time frame, all the expense receipts available in the My Receipts of expense software will be automatically merged into an expense report. Each user will be notified through email when created and can review the expense report and submit for approval.
Forex Advance
SutiExpense 7.0 allows users to request foreign currency as a cash advance in the pre-trip approval process.
Drag and Drop Interface
The most recent version of our expense solution supports drag and drop functionality, which means receipts can be added as a line item to an expense report by simply dragging and dropping.
Company/Personal Car Configuration
SutiExpense 7.0 allows administrators to configure the price per mile for both company and personal miles, so that the reimbursement can be claimed based on the type of mileage used and the number of miles traveled.
