AUSTIN, Texas, July 02, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The Swanepoel Trends Report (STR) in its 14th year covering the top trends shaping the residential real estate brokerage industry has won the National Association of Real Estate Editors' (NAREE) top book award for 2019. The report is published by T3 Sixty.
The 2019 STR won top honors, a Gold Award, in NAREE's 12th annual Robert Bruss Real Estate Book Competition, which recognizes excellence in books covering real estate published in the previous year.
